6. Account & Access

7. User Content & Image Use

You retain ownership of your uploaded images.

By uploading images, you grant BodyFit a limited license to:

Your images:

• Are used solely to provide the Service

8. Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase a subscription:

• Billing is recurring (monthly or annual)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time

All payments are processed through third-party providers.

Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated.

9. Account Termination
